Blackjack Is Like A Wild Ride

Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a rollercoaster. It’s a game that starts slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom falls out.

Blackjack is so much like a roller coaster the similarities are creepy. As is the case with the popular amusement experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going well for a time before it bottoms out yet again. Of course you have to be a blackjack player that’s able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game mainly because the game of black jack is awash with them.

If you like the small coaster, a coaster that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the ride is with a fatter bet, then jump aboard for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The deep pocket gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because they are not thinking on the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s all lovely, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to twist and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you do not, you may not remember how much you enjoyed life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a cool ride and your head in the clouds. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t recall how "high up" you went but you will clearly recall that catastrophic fall as clear as day.
