I have wagered on millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of funds at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it basically impossible to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 wager

Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
