I have enjoyed countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a few days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can squander a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar wager
Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
