I have wagered on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must comprehend that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial five dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20

Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 wager

Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 bet

Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
